How do I pick a Real Estate company?
It is important to pick a company that is large and is full-service and has plenty of training for you as a new agent. This allows you the opportunity to progress at top speed towards your goal.
What kind of training do I need as an agent?
First you must go to Real Estate school and then take the PSI or state mandated test to get your license. Then you need to take additional training at your company. Long and Foster provides this training called "Starbuilders" free of charge to you the agent. You only have to pay for your textbook.
